Hire Rates 2012

Individual Bookings

If you wish to view the Hall please telephone for an appointment and we will be pleased to assist.  Please note the Hall letter-box is in the back door, right hand side of the Hall.

Bookings are for a 4-hour session - morning, afternoon, evening or any combination if available. Additional hours may be agreed as shown below and subject to availability .

The Hire rates below are those that applied from 1st January, 2012 but please check with the Hire Secretary what the current charges are before making a booking.

Any hire is subject to acceptance of the Hire Agreement and Conditions of Hire which may be downloaded here.

Hirings which include music in any form are charged £3 towards the Hall licence to the Performing Rights Society (PRS). Please see Conditions of Hire for further details.

The maximum opening time of the Hall is  08.00 to 23.45 . Activities for which the Hall is booked may only take place between 09.00am and 23.00. There must be no amplified music before 09.00 or after 23.00 hours. Clearing up time is free of charge at the discretion of the Hon. Hire Secretary, depending on the size of the Event. A maximum of 45 minutes can be given for clearing up after an evening event ending at 23.00 hours.

Please note ALL rubbish must be cleared from the site at the end of the hiring period. Felpham Village Hall has no wastebin facilities for use by hirers. If rubbish is left on site the cost of disposing of the rubbish and the associated administrative costs will be charged to the hirer.

If you wish to sell alcohol, including the sale of tickets for lunches, buffets etc. in which wine or other alcohol is included, the Hirers must first apply to Arun District Council for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN). ANY application for a TEN involving the use of Felpham Village Hall premises MUST first be agreed with the Hon.
